Dual Degree in Business Administration: Media and Communication 

The concept of dual degrees combines university studies with an apprenticeship. During my undergraduate degree I was employed by ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG. An integral part of the on-the-job learning process was frequent job rotation. Working in several different departments has enabled me to acquire in-depth work-specific skills, as well as a sound overview of all business activities within the company. The departments I worked for are On- and Offline Marketing, Business Intelligence, Strategy & Operations, Key Account Management, Partner Management and Internal Consulting, below you find more detailed descriptions of the experiences I have gathered.

Online Marketing - COMVEL GmbH

COMVEL stands for "competence & service in travel" for the german speaking territory and hundred percent owned by the ProSiebenSat.1 Group. COMVEL runs a range of eTourism portals. (weg.de, weg.at, ferien.de, rtk-urlaub.de)

During the time of my deployment at COMVEl I was able to obtain an insight in the fields of SEA, SEO, Performance and Affiliate-Marketing.

  • Search: OnPage and OffPage SEO optimizations for weg.de / weg.at
  • Search: SEA/SEM campaign optimizations with over one million keywords (Google & Bing)
